VITI INC is a U.S. holding company that targets existing companies to become partners with
partially or wholly owned subsidiaries. The selected profitable U.S. companies will have at
least $30 million in total annual NOI together.

These companies:

Grow, harvest, process hemp
Manufacture and distribute CBD and related products
Provide therapy to veterans and first responders for

Combat, Covid, PTSD, Anxiety, and Depression related
mental issues in both an outpatient leased facility and
prospectively in an inpatient owned facility.

Provide other services in the select industries and, as a whole, they will benefit from
this collective vertical integration.

Sell merchandise wholesale and retail and research and test medicine derived from
Hemp and other psychoactive substances.

The holding company will issue shares of stock to the member companies as owners –
shares that will transfer to public shares if we go public.

There are other exit strategies
such as roll-up by a larger company for cash and stock in a public or private company or
roll-up for stock in a larger public pharma company.

Following roll-up, growth and expansion capital will be provided to the member
companies as well as many other value-added benefits, better distribution and access to
research information as well as growing techniques and genetics

With these roll-ups, the holding group, as stated above, will become a fully-vertically
integrated company and possibly eventually be rolled-up as indicated above.
